The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The data processed by us includes customer data, employee data, and data from suppliers, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes stated in this data protection declaration.

As a rule, your details will not be forwarded to any other companies for processing.

If necessary, information can also be processed by our partners, however, only if this is necessary for the purposes stated in this data protection declaration or if the other company acts as a service provider/processor who is bound by instructions.

We sometimes use service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. for email marketing, software development, or support in processing customer inquiries). In the cases described here, the information is passed on to these third parties to enable further processing. The external service providers are carefully selected by us and checked regularly to ensure that your privacy is preserved.

The service providers are instructions-bound service providers/contract processors and are accordingly obliged by us, among other things, to treat your data exclusively per our instructions and the applicable data protection laws. In particular, they are obliged to treat your data as strictly confidential; you are also prohibited from processing the data for purposes other than those agreed.

The transfer of data to processors takes place based on Art. 28 Para. 1 GDPR.

We also do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we market it otherwise.

However, your personal data will be passed on to the law enforcement authorities and, if necessary, to damaged third parties without your express consent if it is necessary to investigate illegal use of our services or for legal prosecution. However, this only happens if there is concrete evidence of illegal or abusive behavior. A transfer can also take place if this serves to enforce terms of use or other agreements. We are also legally obliged to provide information to certain public bodies on request. These are law enforcement agencies, authorities that prosecute administrative offenses and financial authorities.

The transfer of this data is based on our legitimate interest in combating abuse, prosecuting criminal offenses and securing, asserting and enforcing claims, provided your rights and interests in the protection of your data do not prevail, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
